Mindost is a mental wellness application powered by AI, designed to provide conversational support, self-care resources, and general guidance for emotional well-being. Mindost is not a licensed healthcare provider and is not a substitute for clinical therapy or emergency services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Mindost independently.
- If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use the app only with parental or guardian consent.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under the age of 13.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of Mindost, you may need to create an account by providing a valid email address and other necessary information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.

- Mindost provides non-clinical and general wellness support through AI.
- It is not a replacement for medical diagnosis, therapy, or emergency intervention.
- The advice and information provided by our AI may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific needs.

Mindost is not an emergency or crisis service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments
- Mindost offers three free sessions to new users.
- Continued use requires a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually.
- Payments are securely processed via Razorpay or Stripe, and are subject to their respective Terms and Privacy Policies.
- You may request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
7. Privacy and Data Security
- Your conversations are end-to-end encrypted.
- Personal data is stored securely and handled in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
- We do not share or sell your information to third parties unless required by law.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Mindost for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, threaten, or harm others using the platform

9. Content Ownership
- Mindost owns the rights to all platform content, features, code, and branding.
- You retain ownership of your inputs (e.g., journal entries, prompts) but grant Mindost a non-exclusive license to use them for service improvement in anonymized form.

Mindost reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, unlawful behavior, or disruptive activity.
